Careful with WhatsApp
CambWA only messages people who wrote to you first or agreed to hear from you, paces every message, limits each day, and stops at once for anyone who says STOP. That keeps the risk of WhatsApp limiting your number low. No tool can promise it never happens, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Do I need a Meta Business account or any API keys?
No. Quick start works with your normal WhatsApp Business number through the CambWA app and extension. If you'd like the official Meta platform, Cambridge Marketing handles the setup.
Will MAI make things up?
MAI only quotes prices, offers and policies you've written down. When it doesn't know, it tells the customer a team member will confirm, and hands the chat to you.
Does it speak my customers' language?
Yes. MAI replies in the customer's language, including the way people mix two languages in one chat.
Can my number be banned?
With Quick start the risk is low but never zero, because WhatsApp can limit any number it sees as automated. CambWA keeps it low with consent-only sending, safe gaps and daily limits. On the official Meta platform there's practically no such risk.
Who can see my customers' chats?
Only your team. If you ask Cambridge Marketing for help, our support access is shown to you and recorded in your audit log.
